매일예배(4/19), '하나님의 소리를 듣는 것'(창3:9-10)

9여호와 하나님이 아담을 부르시며 그에게 이르시되 네가 어디 있느냐 10이르되 내가 동산에서 하나님의 소리를 듣고 내가 벗었으므로 두려워하여 숨었나이다 And Jehovah God cried unto the man [homo], and said unto him, Where art thou? And he said, I heard thy voice in the garden, and I was afraid, because I was naked; and I hid myself. (창3:9-10)

 

 

226. ‘부르시며’, ‘동산에서 나는 소리’, ‘내가 벗었으므로 두려워하여’, ‘숨었나이다’의 의미들은 앞에서 설명했습니다. The meaning of “crying,” of the “voice in the garden,” of their “being afraid because they were naked,” and of “hiding themselves” has been previously explained.

 

말씀에서, 사람에게 네가 어디 있느냐, 너는 무엇을 하느냐 먼저 묻는 것은 흔한 일입니다. 주님은 이미 다 아시면서 말이지요. It is common in the Word for man to be first asked where he is and what he is doing, although the Lord previously knew all things;

 

그러시는 이유는, 그러면 그가 혹시 시인하고 자백할까 해서입니다. but the reason for asking is that man may acknowledge and confess.

 

 

227. 퍼셉션, 내면의 소리, 그리고 양심 등의 기원을 알 수 있었으면 하는 것과, 또 오늘날(1,750년 즈음 유럽)엔 그 기원에 관해 거의 알려진 게 없는 이유로, 제가(Swedenborg, 스베덴보리, 1688-1772) 이 주제에 관해 무언가를 연관 지을 수 있었으면 합니다. As it is desirable that the origin of perception, internal dictate, and conscience, should be known, and as at the present day it is altogether unknown, I may relate something on the subject.

 

정말 엄청난 진실은, 주님이 영들과 천사들을 통해 사람을 다스리신다는 사실입니다. It is a great truth that man is governed by the Lord by means of spirits and angels.

 

악한 영들의 지배가 시작되면, 천사들은 악과 거짓들로부터 고개를 돌리게 하려고 애를 쓰며, 이렇게 전투가 발생합니다. When evil spirits begin to rule, the angels labor to avert evils and falsities, and hence arises a combat.

 

사람은 퍼셉션, 내면의 소리 및 양심의 전투를 통해 점점 더 예민해집니다. It is this combat of which the man is rendered sensible by perception, dictate, and conscience.

 

이것들과 또 시험들을 통해 사람은 영들과 천사들이 자기와 함께 한다는 사실을 아주 확실히 알 수 있습니다. 그가 육체의 일에 아주 깊이 잠겨 영들과 천사들에 관한 것을 전혀 믿지 않는 그런 사람만 아니라면 말입니다. By these, and also by temptations, a man might clearly see that spirits and angels are with him, were he not so deeply immersed in corporeal things as to believe nothing that is said about spirits and angels.

 

이런 사람들은 심지어 그들이 이런 전투들을 수백 번 느껴도 여전히 이렇게 말합니다. 그런 건 다 상상이며, 마음이 어수선해서 일어나는 일이라고 말입니다. Such persons, even if they were to feel these combats hundreds of times, would still say that they are imaginary, and the effect of a disordered mind.

 

저는 허락하심을 받아 이런 전투들을 수천 번씩이나 느낄 수 있었고, 아주 생생하게 감지할 수 있었습니다. 이런 일은 수년 동안이나 지속되었지요. 뿐만 아니라, 이런 전투들을 일으키는 그들이 누구며, 무슨 일을 했고, 어디 출신인지, 그리고 그들이 언제 오며, 언제 떠나가는지 등도 마찬가지로 느끼고, 감지할 수 있었습니다. I have been permitted to feel such combats, and to have a vivid sense of them, thousands and thousands of times, and this almost constantly for several years, as well as to know who, what, and where they were that caused them, when they came, and when they departed;

 

저는 그들과 지금까지도 대화하고 있습니다. and I have conversed with them.

 

 

228. 천사들에게는 말로 어떻게 설명이 안 되는 정말 차원이 다른 정교한 퍼셉션이 있는데요, 천사들은 어떤 일이 신앙의 진리, 사랑의 선하고 반대되는지 여부를 이 퍼셉션을 가지고 압니다. It is impossible to describe the exquisite perception whereby the angels discover whether anything gains admission that is contrary to the truth of faith and the good of love.

 

천사들은 무엇을 해야 할지, 그리고 언제 해야 할지를 그런 것에 관해서는 거의 아는 게 없는 사람이 혼자 하는 것 보다 수천 배나 더 완벽하게 지각합니다. They perceive the quality of what enters, and when it enters, a thousand times more perfectly than the man himself, who scarcely knows anything about it.

 

사람이 하는 가장 작은 생각조차도 천사들은 더욱 완벽하게 지각합니다. 사람이 그걸 가지고 생각할 수 있는 가장 그레이트한 생각보다도 더 말이지요. The least of thought in a man is more fully perceived by the angels than the greatest is by himself.

 

이런 이야기는 정말 믿어지지 않으시겠지만 백 프로 사실입니다. This is indeed incredible, yet is most true.
