천국을 만드는 것은 주님의 신성이다

It Is the Divine of the Lord That Makes Heaven

천국의 모든 사람은 자기가 바라고 행하는 선과 생각하고 믿는 진리는 하나도 자기에게서 나오지 않고 오직 신성, 즉 주님으로부터 오는 것임을 알고 믿으며, 또 직관한다. 그들은 자기에게서 나온 것은 선도 선이 아니며, 진리도 진리가 아님을 안다. 그 안에 신성에서 오는 생명이 없기 때문이다. 가장 내적인 천국의 천사들은 이 신성의 입류를 분명하게 직관하고 느낀다. 이 입류를 많이 받을수록 천사들은 자기가 천국에 있다는 자각이 더 뚜렷해진다. 신성의 입류를 많이 받을수록 더 많은 사랑과 신앙, 지성과 지혜, 그리고 그에 따른 천국의 기쁨으로 채워지기 때문이다. 그 모든 것이 주님의 신성으로부터 나오며, 그것이 천사들에게 천국이 된다는 사실을 알면, 주님의 신성이 천국을 이루는 것이지, 천사들의 고유 본성에서 나오는 그 어떤 것도 천국을 이루지 않는다른 것이 명백해진다.주16 이런 이유로, 성서에서 천국을 ‘주의 처소’와 ‘주의 보좌’라고 부르는 것이며, 천국에 있는 사람들을 ‘주 안에 있다’ 하는 것이다.주17 그 신성이 어떻게 주님께로부터 나오며, 천국을 가득 채우는가는 앞으로 설명하겠다. Everyone in the heavens knows and believes and even perceives that he wills and does nothing of good from himself, and that he thinks and believes nothing of truth from himself, but only from the Divine, thus from the Lord; also that good from himself is not good, and truth from himself is not truth, because these have in them no life from the Divine. Moreover, the angels of the inmost heaven clearly perceive and feel the influx, and the more of it they receive the more they seem to themselves to be in heaven, because the more are they in love and faith and in the light of intelligence and wisdom, and in heavenly joy therefrom; and since all these go forth from the Divine of the Lord, and in these the angels have their heaven, it is clear that it is the Divine of the Lord, and not the angels from anything properly their own that makes heaven.16 This is why heaven is called in the Word the “dwelling place” of the Lord and “his throne,” and those who are there are said to be in the Lord.17 But in what manner the Divine goes forth from the Lord and fills heaven will be told in what follows.  

 

 

주16. 천국 천사들은 모든 선은 주님으로 말미암으며, 자신들로부터는 아무것도 말미암지 않는다는 사실을 인정합니다. 주님은 그들 안에 있는 주님의 것 안에 계시고, 그들의 것 안에는 계시지 않습니다. The angels of heaven acknowledge all good to be from the Lord, and nothing from themselves, and the Lord dwells in them in His own and not in their own (n. 9338, 10125, 10151, 10157). 그래서 말씀에서 ‘천사들’은 주님께 속한 무엇을 의미합니다. Therefore in the Word by “angels” something of the Lord is meant (n. 1925, 2821, 3039, 4085, 8192, 10528). 더 나아가 천사들은 주님으로 말미암는 신성 수용체라는 의미에서 ‘신들’이라 합니다. Furthermore, angels are called “gods” from the reception of the Divine from the Lord (n. 4295, 4402, 7268, 7873, 8192, 8301). 거듭, 선이기 때문에 선한 모든 것, 진리이기 때문에 진리인 모든 것, 결과적으로, 모든 평화, 사랑, 체어리티, 그리고 신앙은 주님으로 말미암습니다. Again, all good that is good, and all truth that is truth, consequently all peace, love, charity, and faith, are from the Lord (n. 1614, 2016, 2751, 2882, 2883, 2891, 2892, 2904). 또한 모든 지혜와 지성도 마찬가지입니다. Also all wisdom and intelligence (n. 109, 112, 121, 124).

 

주17. 천국에 있는 사람들은 주 안에 있다 합니다. Those who are in heaven are said to be in the Lord (n. 3637, 3638).
