1471. 12절, 애굽 사람이 그대를 볼 때에 이르기를 이는 그의 아내라 하여 나는 죽이고 그대는 살리리니 Verse 12. And it shall come to pass, when the Egyptians shall see thee, that they will say, This is his wife, and they will kill me, and will make thee to live.

 

 

‘애굽 사람이 그대를 볼 때에’, 지식들 중 기억-지식을 의미하며, 이 기억-지식들이 천적 지식들을 볼 때, 그 모습이 어떨 것인가에 대한 묘사입니다. “And it shall come to pass, when the Egyptians shall see thee” signifies the memory-knowledge of knowledges, which is described as to what it is when they see celestial knowledges;

 

 

‘이르기를 이는 그의 아내라’, 그 기억-지식들이 이르기를, 저 지식들은 천적이다 하리라는 뜻입니다. “that they will say, This is his wife” signifies that they will call the knowledges celestial;

 

 

‘하여 나는 죽이고 그대는 살리리니’, 그들, 그 기억-지식들은 천적인 것들엔 관심이 없고, 대신 오직 단순한 지식들, 그들이 얻었으면 하는 지식들에만 관심을 둘 것이라는 의미입니다. “and they will kill me, and will make thee to live,” signifies that they would not care for the celestial things, but only for the mere knowledges, which they would carry off.
