7822. 이 장에서 다루는 주제는 그 속뜻으로는 영적 교회에 속한 사람들의 해방(the liberation of those who are of the spiritual church), 그리고 체어리티와 분리된 신앙으로 사는 사람들에 관한 저주(the damnation of those who are in faith separate from charity)입니다. 이들 후자에 관한 저주와 전자의 해방을 유월절로, 그리고 해방된 사람들의 체어리티와 신앙 관련 상태(the states in respect to charity and faith of those who are liberated)를 유월절에 지켜야 할 사항들로 표현하고 있습니다. The subject treated of in this chapter in the internal sense is the liberation of those who are of the spiritual church, and the damnation of those who are in faith separate from charity. The damnation of these latter and the liberation of the former are represented by the passover, and the states in respect to charity and faith of those who are liberated, by the things to be observed on the days of the passover.

 

7823. 가장 높은 뜻(the supreme sense)으로는 유월절은 신실하지 못한 사람들에 관한 저주(the damnation of the unfaithful)와 주님께서 영광을 받으셨을 때 주님에 의한 신실한 사람들에 관한 해방(the liberation of the faithfulby the Lord, when he had been glorified)을 나타내는데요, 그때 신실한 사람들의 상태에 관한 퀄러티(The quality of the state of the faithful at that time)와, 또한 나중에 범보편적으로든 아주 특별한 경우든 그 퀄러티가 어떻게 될 것인지(what its quality would be afterward, both in the universal and in every particular)가 이 유월절 법령이 가리키는 가장 높은 뜻입니다.
