16절, 가인이 여호와 앞을 떠나서 에덴 동쪽 놋 땅에 거주하더니 And Cain went out from the faces of Jehovah, and dwelt in the land of Nod, toward the east of Eden.

‘가인이 여호와 앞을 떠나서’는 신앙이 사랑의 신앙의 선과 분리되었음을, ‘놋 땅에 거주하더니’는 진리와 선의 바깥쪽을, ‘에덴 동쪽’은 지적 마인드 근처, 전에 사랑이 다스렸던 곳을 의미합니다. By the words “Cain went out from the faces of Jehovah” is signified that faith was separated from the good of the faith of love; “he dwelt in the land of Nod” signifies outside of truth and good; “toward the east of Eden” is near the intellectual mind, where love reigned before.
