9455.이 장에서 설명하고 있는 것은 성막(聖幕, the tabernacle)과 그 안에 있는 상들, 그리고 아론의 의복들을 위해 만들어진 것들(the collection)인데요, 거기다가 증거궤(證據櫃, the ark), 진설병을 위한 상(陳設餠, the table for the bread), 그리고 등잔대(燈盞臺, the lampstand)를 만드는 것(the construction)도 포함입니다. 이것들은 주님이 계신 천국들, 그리고 천적이고 영적인(天的, 靈的, the celestial and spiritual things) 모든 것을 표상하는데요(表象, represented), 이것들은 모두 그 안에 계신 주님으로 말미암는 것들이지요. 성막은 천국 그 자체를 표상합니다. 그 안의 증거궤는 가장 내적 천국을, 궤 안에 있는 언약의 돌판(the testimony or law)은 주님을, 상 위 진설병과 등잔대는 천적인 것들을, 아론의 의복은 영적인 것들을 표상하며, 이들은 모두 천국에 계신 주님으로 말미암는 것입니다. In this chapter is described the collection that was made for the tabernacle, for the tables therein, and also for the garments of Aaron; likewise the construction of the ark, of the table for the bread, and of the lampstand; by which were represented the heavens where the Lord is, and all the celestial and spiritual things which are from the Lord therein. By the habitation was represented heaven itself; by the ark in it, the inmost heaven; by the testimony or law in the ark, the Lord; by the breads of faces upon the table, and by the lampstand, the celestial things; and by the garments of Aaron the spiritual things, which are from the Lord in the heavens.
