배경

창세기 처음 세 장은 전반적으로는 태고교회, 곧 ‘사람’이라고 하는, 태고교회의 첫 시기부터 끝, 곧 멸망하던 시기까지를 다루고 있습니다. 본 장 전반부에서는 이 교회가 가장 융성하던 상태, 곧 천적 인간이었던 때를 다루고 있다면, 후반부인 여기에서는 자신들의 오운(own, proprium, ~다움, ~스러움, 그에게 고유한 어떤 성질, 그를 딱 규정할 수 있는 어떤 거)으로 기울어진 사람들과 그들의 후손을 다루고 있습니다. The first three chapters of Genesis treat in general of the most ancient church, which is called “man” [homo] from its first period to its last, when it perished; the preceding part of this chapter treats of its most flourishing state, when it was a celestial man; here it now treats of those who inclined to their own, and of their posterity.

그리고 주님으로부터 나오는 이노센스가 이 오운(own, proprium, ~다움, ~스러움, 그에게 고유한 어떤 성질, 그를 딱 규정할 수 있는 어떤 거)에 서서히 스며들되 도저히 안 받아들일 수가 없을 정도로 스며듭니다. (25절) And innocence from the Lord is instilled into this own, so that it still might not be unacceptable (verse 25).

천적, 영적 생명이 인간의 오운(own, proprium, ~다움, ~스러움, 그에게 고유한 어떤 성질, 그를 딱 규정할 수 있는 어떤 거)에 마치 그 둘이 하나로 보일 정도로 인접합니다. (24절) Celestial and spiritual life are adjoined to the man’s own, so that they appear as a one (verse 24).
